The Swatek, Azbell, Howe & Ross (SAHR) team believes that any effective campaign includes a strong grassroots component offering support for the message and increasing its impact and effectiveness.

SAHR has an extensive network of relationships in the business community, political community and local governments across the state in all sixty seven counties. These relationships are critical to the efforts of our clients whether they are supporting or opposing legislation, seeking support for a policy initiative or furthering their political ambitions.
